FROM TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE
1 NYS thruway traveling north exit at 13-S Palisades Parkway
South towards New Jersey.
2 Stay for approximately 1 mile then merge onto RT-59 via Exit 8W
towards Spring Valley.
3 Stay on RT-59 for approximately 1/2 mile then turn left onto
SMITH ST. for a short distance.
4 Merge onto RT-304 via the ramp on LEFT. Stay on RT-304 for
approximately one (1) mile.
5 Exit at Pearl River, N. Middletown Rd. and turn RIGHT onto N.
Middletown Rd.
6 Stay on N. Middletown for approximately 1/2 mile, past 2
traffic lights See Lanes on Left' |
FROM NORTH VIA NYS THRUWAY |
NYS thruway traveling south - off at exit 14 Merge onto W. Route
59 towards Spring Valley.
Stay on Rt. 59 for approx. 1.6 miles then
turn RIGHT onto SMITH ST. for a short distance.
Then follow 4 thru 6 above.

FROM SOUTH VIA PALISADES INTERSTATE PARKWAY |
Palisades Interstate Parkway north towards Bear Mtn., Exit at
6W, Orangeburg Rd.
Turn slight RIGHT onto W. Orangeburg Rd. -- NOTE: -- After 1.5
miles W. Orangeburg Rd.
becomes Veterans Memorial Dr. then after 1.4 miles becomes
Gilbert Ave.
From Gilbert Ave. turn RIGHT onto Old Middletown Rd. for
approximately 0.5 miles then
take the 3rd RIGHT onto S. Middletown Rd., into N. Middletown
Rd. for approx. 0.3 miles.
